Once at the assembly or shelter site the person in charge must attempt to account for the location of everyone who as at the facility. As Safety Wardens arrive, they should report on the status of their area. This includes verifying that everyone has left the area and no one remains in that part of the facility.
The individual in charge of the assembly area or shelter should be prepared to brief the arriving First Responders on the nature of the emergency and provide an accurate accounting for all staff and visitors
