A core element of any emergency response plan is the creation of an emergency response team. For the key positions listed below team members should be full time facility employees with a background in a key area so that they can represent the interests of that function. In organizations with limited staff, an individual can assume more than one role. Sample job descriptions for these positions can be found in the Appendix.
